NNPCL Revenue Hits N5.08trn in October
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced a significant surge in its financial performance, with revenue climbing to N5.078 trillion for the month of October 2025. The state-owned firm disclosed the impressive figures in its detailed monthly financial report released on Saturday.
The official financial report confirms that from the total N5.078 trillion revenue generated in October, the company posted a net profit after tax (PAT) of N447 billion. This achievement marks a substantial increase in profitability for the national oil company.
The October figure represents a remarkable 19.2 percent increase in revenue from the N4.26 trillion recorded in the preceding month of September 2025. Furthermore, the profit after tax saw an even more dramatic rise, soaring by 106 percent from the N216 billion posted in September.
The financial report also provided a cumulative look at the NNPCL’s contributions to the federation account for the year. It stated that from January to September, the company remitted a total of N11.150 trillion in statutory payments to the federation.
This latest monthly result comes just four days after the NNPCL had announced a total revenue of N45.1 trillion for the entire 2024 financial year, underscoring the company’s continuing trajectory of financial growth and transparency.
